Meet The Team
Branko
Brings 30+ years of Sales & Marketing expertise and energy across the medical, consumer health and FMCG sectors, both in the UK and internationally. With experience stretching from licensed medicines and medical devices to biocides and cosmetic products.
Holding senior positions inside a number of UK based healthcare manufacturing companies, means Branko understands what needs to be in place to deliver compelling go-to-market strategies for businesses delivering innovation within highly regulated medical markets including the NHS, as well as for those businesses operating in the fast moving consumer health and household sectors.
Most recently Branko has led commercial teams to success in the Infection Prevention and Personal Care categories.
Beckie
Beckie is an accomplished formulation expert with over a decade of hands-on experience delivering innovation for a number of global companies operating in the household, cosmetic, and medical device sectors.
Beckie excels at managing complex NPD pipelines and leading effective cross-functional teams. Her proud track record includes the delivery of over 30 innovative and compliant projects for market leading brands.
As Head of Technical, Beckie is committed to delivering excellence and is ideally placed to leverage her deep knowledge of formulation science, regulatory frameworks, and UK based manufacturing processes to oversee all of our exciting product development plans from initial concept to launch.
Alex
A former professional triathlete, a career ending injury in 2009 led him down the path of designing a new product to treat shock and hypothermia and bringing it successfully to market. Originally sourcing from abroad, Alex brought manufacturing back to the UK at the earliest opportunity, in keeping with his ongoing passion for looking after the environment.
Since then Alex has designed and built machines to manufacture finished goods for sale in the healthcare sector. This allows him to combine the benefits of local manufacturing, in-particular in providing employment for local people and securing more resilient supply chains, with carbon footprint and waste minimisation activities.
Alex has a reputation for thinking outside the box to design the most efficient and cost effective manufacturing solutions to help businesses bring their ideas to life.
Tom
Brings 30+ years working in the transport, retail and education sectors, including being part of one of the UK’s most successful school transport solutions companies.
With longstanding expertise in finance, supply chain, logistics and project management, Tom can be trusted to bring together all of these business critical operational elements, to ensure our customers experience a seamless process from start to finish.
